The V8 Sleuth is reporting that Will Brown is the latest Supercars star preparing to tackle the American NASCAR scene.
V8 Sleuth has learnt that the current Repco Supercars Championship leader is poised to contest the NASCAR Cup Series race at the Sonoma road course on June 9.
He’ll do so in the #33 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet Camaro entry that Brodie Kostecki campaigned at the Indianapolis road course last year.
Brown’s RCR opportunity is understood to have come with backing from Peter Adderton’s MobileX, which sponsored Kostecki’s Indianapolis campaign last year.
