Toby Christie is reporting that AM Racing will not field two NASCAR Xfinity Series entries in the 2024 season-opening United Rentals 300 at Daytona International Speedway.
The team confirmed to Toby Christie on Wednesday that the No. 25 Ford Mustang will not make the trek to the beach.
A team representative explained that the No. 25 machine likely won’t be fielded until, “later in the spring.”
Rumors had Matt DiBenedetto in the car for 2024 but word is sponsors dropped out.
Rookie Hailie Deegan takes over the #15 Ford full time in 2024 with 2023 points moving from the 25 to 15 in 2024.
